I N T R O D U C T I O N

HI

my name is charles webster baer of bend oregon usa

this is my life story

I am a buddhist , an environmentalist , and the former president of earth .

I have never been married and I have no kids .

I am single , straight , and a libertarian .

I hope to turn this into an e book .

today is january 17th , 2012 .

I dont spend much time on other people in this book because I want to stay on topic .

this book is about my attempt to save the environment .

chapter one

so , in 1969 , I was born and raised in santa cruz , california . I had a great childhood . I went to grade school at west lake right next to the university . everything was great . we lived at the intersection of mira vista and alta vista , overlooking steamer lane and monterey bay . growing up in santa cruz was the best .

my parents got divorced and in 1979 my mom moved to oklahoma city and so did I . I went to casady from fifth grade to eighth grade . this was an important time for me because I got a very good education . okc is a very stable environment . in the middle of 8th grade I decided that I wanted to go live with my dad in newport , rhode island , so off I went .

I went to high school in newport at rogers . I had a great time in high school . this is where I figured out what I was going to do with my life .

it was very clear to me that the main issue facing my species was the destruction of the environment by overpopulation. humans need the environment to survive . to kill the environment is suicide . so , obviously , we had to save the environment . also , in my opinion , the only way to save the environment was to reduce the number of humans on earth .

so , in high school , I realized that my entire life would be spent in an attempt to explain to my species that it was in everyones best interest if humans chose to stop reproducing .

I figured this out in high school and it has remained true to this day .

chapter two

SO , in 1987 , I graduated high school and moved to maui . I was basically just having fun now . I had this radical extreme environmentalism building up in me , so I just hung out and had a good time . in 1990 I went to the university of hawaii at hilo on the big island . I majored in political science . those were good times . in 1994 I graduated . In 1995 I moved to santa fe , new mexico . this is when I became a full time environmentalist . now I was out of school for the first time in my life . now I could do whatever I wanted . so I devoted myself to environmentalism . I figured that journalism would be a good place to start . the story was how to get people to stop breeding . that was the story and I was writing it .

I figured that the world government was the united nations and the international monetary fund . I figured that these two things were the key to the deal . the u.n. and the i.m.f. was my focus . these two things were going to set up the foundation of the new millennium . they were going to be the starting line for the new , logical , results oriented environmental movement of the third millennium . so thats where I started . also , there was this new thing called the internet . so , I began working on how I could put the u.n. and the i.m.f. on line so that everyone could understand what was happening and , more importantly , participate in it .

so , now its the late 90's , Im in new mexico , and Im putting together what would , in a few years , become global internet government . this was me putting the puzzle together . I had the pieces . u.n. , i.m.f. , internet . so I started to see how they fit together . in some kind of star trek future many centuries away , the world would have come together . the nations would have come together like the states in the usa came together . the economies would have come together like they did in europe . the internet would have made this process very public and interactive .

ok , now its summer 1999 , and I am in a plane landing in portland . I am about to place my feet on oregon for the first time ever . nine months later , in the spring of 2000 , gig is born . gig is global internet government . gig is my web site . to learn more , go to

anyway , when I created gig , it was not as refined as it is today .

O K , so , in september of 2000 , I created some gig propaganda . I copied a bunch of leaflets . so , now I will quote directly from this .

gig will be a web site that will update , and co ordinate the policy of the U N , I M F , and us navy into one current policy that everyone can access and understand immediately .

levels will be a scale on how to judge every countries level of freedom , population reduction , debt repayment , military and economic stabilty .

so then in 2001 I tried to get gig published in the american print media . to see more on this go to the other thread . then I just started to improve on gig . then , in 2007 I moved to bend oregon . in 2008 I created the gig web site . I also created the president of earth election . now its 2012 and I am still promoting gig .
